Our History

Collinsville Christian Academy was established as a ministry of Son Life Church in 1982. Originally known as Son Life Christian School, the school conducted its first year in a storefront in the Orchard Shopping Center in with grades K-8 and four teachers. In 1983, the school moved to its present location when the church purchased the old Collinsville High School complex and added 9th through 12th grades. The name was changed to Collinsville Christian Academy in the mid 1990’s to reflect the school’s close connection with the community it serves.

For more than 25 years, Collinsville Christian Academy has provided quality education from a Christian worldview to hundreds of families and looks forward to continuing this tradition of services to future generations.
