PAYMENT PLANS for TUITION:

_____ Option 1                 Full amount due by Aug. 15 (or date of enrollment);
                                     Take a 3% discount
_____ Option 2                 Two payment option:
                                     50% due by Aug. 15 and 50% due Dec. 15
_____ Option 3                 10 equal monthly payments via EFT on the
                                     1^st or 15^th of each month. One time $35 set-up fee
_____ Option 4                 10 equal monthly payments via paypal, check or cash.
                                     Monthly billing fee $30 (chgd monthly)

	Registration Fee is due with application and is non-refundable if student is accepted for admission.
	Graduation fees are due by April 1, 2012
	Returned check fee = $30.00
	Inability to make a scheduled EFT transaction due to insufficient funds = $30.00
	Late fee for tuition not due by 10^th of month = $25.00
	Late fee for B.E.B.A. fees not paid by the specified due date (Option B) = $30.00 (for each month they are late)

If a student is withdrawn during the year, the tuition obligation runs through the end of the month in addition to any outstanding fees.

THIS IS A FINANCIAL CONTRACT – Read carefully and sign. Keep a copy for your records.

Based on the information above, I realize that my registration, tuition and book fees are not refundable, and that the monthly tuition payments for my child are due on the first of every month. I also realize that if I withdraw my child from school during the year, I will be obligated to pay the full tuition for the month of withdrawal along with any outstanding book fees. I agree that the Bible commands believers to make every effort to live at peace and to resolve disputes in private or within the Christian community in conformity with the Biblical injunctions of I Cor. 6:1-8, Matt. 5:23-24 and Matt. 18:15-20. Therefore, I agree that any claim or dispute arising out of or related to this agreement shall be settled by Biblically based mediation.
